BlueHarbor Acel Marine made buying a used vehicle almost a pleasant experience. Saleman Michael Bacon was friendly, knowledgable, and not too salesy. He seemed intent on helping us get the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. The website itself was top notch clean and asy to navigate -- which helped make it possible to keep our 6-month old content during the process. I bought a pair of sleds from this website in the past year. The salesman William Moore was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained each sled's history and options and more importantly listened to me when I explained what my needs were. His friendly and professional demeanor made both transactions the most pleasant online buying experiences that I have had. His service ethic is unparalled and did not end upon purchase. He followed through to insure that I was happy and all was well with each machine and assisted us with our initial service information. I would definitely purchase anything from BlueHarbor Acel Marine when I am ready given the experiences I had.

I have dealt with all 3 groups - sales, customer service, service operations and financial department I have always felt that I receieved outstanding service. I recently bought a truck camper at BlueHarbor Acel Marine and can honestly say that I felt no pressure. Rather I found that Willis help me find the options that might be right for me & my wife and gave us all the time, information and tools to make the correct decision. The process of making a decision, including keeping my existing car (which I loved) was fair, open and honestly dealt with. At all times I was made to feel like the customer comes first. I have dealt with the service and operations team when having my former car sold. Willis and Wilson have been very helpful, professional and easy to work with. I feel that I am treated very fairly and honestly whenever my car needed to be sold.. This was my second purchase and Willis was great to work with. He was very professional. He put me and my husband at ease with our purchase and all the steps in getting us to complete satisfaction with our 2010 Ford F 350. At the time of delivery everything about the vehicle and the special features was thoroughly explained to me. The test drive was very relaxing, no pressure and he let me just drive.
